Role Overview
As a Social Media Operator you will bring our luxury resale story to life across
Instagram, TikTok, X and emerging channels. You will collaborate with creative teams
to develop content that aligns with seasonal trends, supports product drops and grows
an engaged international audience.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with marketing to build monthly and weekly content calendars covering
multiple platforms.
- Ensure every post reflects our brand voice, campaign goals and seasonal priorities.

Collaborate with photographers to produce short-form video, imagery and behind-the-scenes
storytelling.

Create platform-ready assets including Reels, TikTok videos, product spotlights and
story graphics.
- Support editing and light graphic design to polish daily posts.
- Publish content on schedule while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and nurture a vibrant community.

Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth and conversions.
- Report key insights, highlighting optimisation ideas for future campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury brands and global social trends.
- Professional or internship experience in social media or content creation.

Working knowledge of video editing and design tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar
applications.

Familiarity with major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook
and X/Twitter.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional partners.
- Valid Visa to work in Japan
