Role Overview
As a Live Seller you will represent Eco Brand Japan during real-time shopping shows across social media
platforms. You will share authentic product knowledge, cultivate a loyal community and translate livestream
excitement into measurable sales alongside our operations and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live selling sessions that educate, entertain and convert viewers into customers.
- Present, explain and sell pre-loved luxury bags and accessories in clear, engaging English.
- Showcase product details on camera, highlighting authenticity, condition and styling inspiration.
- Build rapport with viewers by answering questions and fostering a welcoming chat environment.
- Promote upcoming shows and develop strategies to grow your recurring audience.
- Process orders in coordination with the operations team and assist with shipping preparation.
- Collaborate with marketing on show formats, scripts and performance recaps to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills with confidence speaking on camera.
- Basic Japanese ability; hiragana and katakana reading skills are a plus.
- Energetic, charismatic personality that thrives in live, fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Gucci is an advantage.
- No prior live selling experience required - comprehensive training is provided.
- Valid Visa to work in Japan; domestic applicants only.

What You Need to Know
- Typical schedule: 5 hours per day, 3-5 days per week; probation period applies.
